A proven leader and problem-solver with a wealth of experience in strategic planning, vision casting, human resource management, training, and development. For 16 years, he served as Executive Director of an international organization that operated in 17 countries and on five continents. A gifted writer, linguist, and speaker with a keen ability to negotiate and a passion to connect people from various cultures around a common cause, Hantz holds 3 Master’s degrees and a doctorate in the fields of Theology, Biblical languages, and International Business.

Pascal holds advanced degrees in management and several prestigious titles from international organizations. For the past four years, he has served as Project Director at the African National Chamber of Commerce. In this role, he has successfully secured funding for numerous projects throughout the continent.
